The earthy colours of the Rosewood Moss Earrings are warm and inviting. It will remind you of strolling through a mossy forest on a cool morning. Additionally, you can bring this feeling with you wherever you wear these fused glass earrings. Measuring 1/4″ wide by 1″ long, the fused glass is lightweight and delicate. However, the conservative size won’t take away from the mellow statement the earrings have to say. The calming colours are ideal for gifting to your earthy bestie. The effervescent bubbles in the Rosewood Moss Earrings are completely random. As such, the design in each pair will be entirely unique. In other words, your fused glass earrings are one of a kind. How’s It Made?

Handcrafted from art glass, we create the Rosewood Moss Earrings using multiple steps. First, we cut and polish the glass to the appropriate size. Next, we paint the liquid enamel colouring onto the glass, ensuring the colour tones do not mix. Then, we arrange the second layer of glass. The enamel releases gases during the firing process, which are trapped beneath the second layer and create the unique bubble design. Because the colour is the enamel between layers of glass, you won’t ever have to worry about the colour fading, or the details peeling or washing off. Following this, we place the earrings into the kiln and fire to a temperature to ensure the glass rounds slightly and creates the interesting effervescent design. Once the glass is cooled, we hand drill the glass beads for the jewelry hardware. During each kiln firing, the glass is annealed. Therefore, the strength and durability of the glass is increased, so you know the jewelry will easily withstand regular use.
