How It’s Made:

We create this winter Christmas ornament using multiple steps. First, we cut and clean the glass to the appropriate size. Next, we grind and polish the edges of the glass to ensure a rounded surface.  Next, we drill the ornament underwater using a diamond drill bit. This helps cool the glass, as well as the diamond bit. Last, we tie a length of ribbon using a secure knot.
